2. How can you trust our tutors? 
 
We screen our tutors thoroughly before including them in our database. This includes obtaining their personal particulars, a list of all their academic qualifications with verification with printed certificates, as well as engaging them in a chat over the phone.
 
 

3. How long does it take to find a tutor?
 
Our friendly staff will contact you in 1 to 3 working days. However, less mainstream subjects and certain location specifications may take us longer to find your perfect tutor. Regardless of the circumstance, we will constantly keep you informed, and in the loop.
 
 

4. Are there any agency fees for finding my tutor?
 
Absolutely not! Our service is completely free of charge for you -- have been, and always will be. There are no hidden costs and charges incurred to you. However, we do charge a commission from our tutors, which is 50% of the 1st month’s tuition fee, for helping them find a tuition assignment.
 
For example, if the tuition fee for the 1st month is $200, we will collect $100 (half of $200) from you. You will then pay the remaining $100 to the tutor, as well as the tuition fees for all of the subsequent months.
 
 

5. If the tutor is not suitable for me am I able to change a tutor?
 
Absolutely! Let us know if you think your tutor is not the best match for you, we will gladly assist you to find a replacement. However, you will still be liable to pay the fees for the lessons that have been provided. Do let us know of the reason for the replacement, we constantly grow and provide better service by getting feedbacks about our tutors.



6. What if I cancel the tuition classes within the first month?
 

In the event where tuition classes are terminated within the first month, there will be no penalty fee to be paid from the tutee.

For the commission fees from the tutors, Sincerely Tutors will receive half of the tuition fees paid.

Example: If there was only 2 lessons and the total cost is $200, $100 will go to the tutor and the other $100 will be received by Sincerely Tutors.
